On January 21, 2009 Peviva was granted a European patent for its "Apoptosis-related compounds and their use ( EP 1 019 438)".
Peviva has previously been granted three (3) patents in the USA for its Apoptosis related techonlogy and compounds (US Patent Nos.; 6.296.850 and 6.716.968and 6.706.488).
